We are proposing to deliver 120 new 1,2,3 and 4 bed homes on the Bedford Road site immediately south of the Dunstablians Rugby Football Club. This will include affordable housing at a 35% ratio.
With access proposed off Bedford Road, our development will open up a strong green link between the two planned development sites.
Rather than two separate masterplans delivering homes and community facilities separately, we want to connect the two sites and bring facilities closer to new and existing residents across Houghton Regis.
